Michael, like most men, doesn’t see himself as beautiful. With a little coaxing and a lot of wine, I convinced him to sign a release form and allow himself to be made eternal by my lens. After turning on my camcorder and a CD of nondescript new age wymyn’s music, this magical session began. Initially he resisted being photographed nude, but after a few manipulative comments about his self-confidence (and more glasses of wine) he opened up to the camera. Michael now holds an eternal place of honor in my book of unconventional (i.e., fat and/or funny looking) beauties.
