I’ve been writing for the Vital Voice’s website for about five months now, but thanks to Joan Lipkin (who is one of my heroes, by the way) I got my first print assignment. It’s an article about the show As American as Apple Pie by That Uppity Theatre Company. The show runs this weekend and the article is available online and will be on newsstands until July 12th.
One unforeseen side effect of all this is that now when you Google my name, Gaystlouis.com is one of the hits on the first page. Another reason to be thankful that my mom does not have internet access.
