So, The Helium Tapes, Celia’s Big Rock Band & Red Eye Driver were all playing at The Atomic Cowboy tonight. And it was a benefit for the South City Open School and Gallery headed by the lovely Miss Jenna Bauer. And my boy Archer was in town from Arizona. And my girl Sarah was in town from California. This is how powerful a magnet it takes to pull me away from my apartment and my Pam Grier DVDs.
Archer seems to redefine himself every time I see him (or an image of him). He is looking like a ‘Hippie’ there.

sunyatta looks beautiful (as always)–i saw a picture of milla jovavich the other day that looked just like her. looks like “uni-brow” is a hereditary condition! just kidding–kind of ; ) i found some film from a rotoscoping project/assignment from my (Animation I) class in college; was wondering if you have (or know anyone who does) the equipment needed to view/play it; it is only probably about 10 seconds worth of film (if that) -and is not 35mm; it is very skinny film; i would love to check it out, and see if it is still a salvageable project i could pick up–lemme know…
