Yesterday, I held my first meeting as a precinct leader for MoveOn.
Then AC and I went had dinner at a Thai restaurant.
Then I went to Peace Out, the anti-war performance art show.
Then I performed an anti-war poem in Peace Out’s Poetry Salon Open Mic. It was only my second public performance this year. I had just made the poem up about an hour earlier. Still have yet to write it down. Maybe I’ll post it later.
Today, me and the MoveOn volunteers met up at World Cafe, and then went canvassing.
Performance art, poetry, political activism, and Thai food. I feel so hip and progressive, I can barely stand myself
That’s it! Fight the power! 😉
