Not only is the “B” backward (suggesting, as it has been pointed out, that she did it herself in a mirror) but the curves on the “B” are way too smooth. I’ve carved my initials into people’s flesh before, and speaking from experience, it’s very difficult to get a letter to come out that neat even when you take your time, not to mention when you’re in a hurry.
