Okay, I am oficially fat. Last week, I bought my first pair of 38 waist jeans. At my heaviest, I wore 36.
I have gained 42 pounds in five years. I have to shut this down.
My goal is to lose 36 pounds in 18 weeks. Last Sunday I weighed in at 209. My goal was to get down to 207 by today. After giving up meat and sugar and working out everyday, I weighted in at 205 pounds.
1 week down. 17 to go.
PS: I am so fucking hungry. (just kidding)
I have a shit load of 36 x 30 pants that don’t fit me anymore. I gained weight since I retired. The length might be too short, but if they might fit here is incentive to get to your goal.
