Now, according to my sister, my mom has claimed ownership of my grandmother’s house and kicked her out.
According to my mom, my sister decided to move out, out of spite.
I come from a family of very proud, very stubborn people who will go a long way to make a point. So who knows?
All I know is that I have to help my sister move out and, because my dumb ass gave my mother the moving date, I have to help my mother move in a day later.
This process would be easier if my sister were not (in my professional opinion) an obsessive-compulsive hoarder. We have less than a week to move my sister out of a three story house. This is a woman who, to the best of my estimation, hasn’t thrown anything away in the past ten years. I’ve taken, by my count, 20 full bags of trash out of the house in 3 days and I feel like we’ve barely made a dent.
I’ve done nothing for the past three days but go to work and pack my sister’s stuff. With my mom moving in just as my sister moves out, I predict more of the same for days to come.
I’m so fucking tired.
ah, http://www.pulmonaryfibrosis.org/ipf.htm“ rel=”nofollow”>pulmonary fibrosis i would guess. The smoking doesn’t help, but it is something that could be brought on by mold.
Careful that you don’t move the mold into the new house though.
tv?
Sounds like they need “Clean Sweep” or “Clean House” or one of those shows beginning with “Clean” where they yard sale all your stuff and use the money to redecorate everything. Except I’m sure the moving dates are sooner than when the show can come to StL.
*Hugs*
I hope things get better soon!
Or at least that you find a well full of strength & energy to drink from when needed! (And if you find it… will you clue me in on it’s location? ;-D)
